A Seiko King Quartz 9443-7000 from 1983. This high accuracy quartz is rated to +/- 20 seconds per year. Calibre 94 is one of the last movements Seiko released with Twin Quartz crystals. It is a high quality 8 jewelled movement with a nice gold coloured finish. The main quartz crystal is used for timing, and the secondary crystal is used for temperature compensation to minimise the effect of temperatue on timing. This watch is running to original specifications. The bracelet is model GA07A, not originally for this model though it is a correct period JDM Seiko bracelet and does suit the watch well in blending to the case. The crystal appears unmarked. The case with a mix of brushed and polished faces, is in a nice condition for age, with a couple of marks noticeable on the top edge of the case near the bracelet and on the side near the crown where the bezel has previously been removed. The dial features raised seconds indices. There is a scratch on the dial next to the wording 'Quartz' and a couple of light specs. The crown is embossed with the 'twin quartz' logo to martch the dial. A lovely high accuracy quartz watch that is comfortable to wear.

Watches without a watch box mentioned in the listing will be double boxed (a smaller cardboard box inside the larger shipping box, each with padding, for protection). We aim to package and post your order within 3 working days, and select the most appropriate insured postal method for you order. There may be times where it may take longer to ship your item, we will advise you if this is the case. Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the value, size and weight of your order and your delivery location.

In the event a parcel is delivered damaged, you can reject the delivery and ask it is returned to sender. If you elect to accept the delivery, we recommend you photograph the packaging from all angles before opening it, and then again once opened if the contents show signs of damage.
