Delivery and Returns Information


We take great care with packaging and shipping your order to ensure it arrives in the same condition that it leaves us.


  • We carefully check over each item before packaging to ensure working condition of each item matches the listing.
  • All orders are securely packaged, with a minimum of 15x15x15cm box for a wristwatch order.
  • Watches without a watch box mentioned in the listing will be double boxed (a smaller cardboard box inside the larger shipping box, each with padding, for protection).
  • We aim to package and post your order within 3 working days, and select the most appropriate insured postal method for you order. There may be times where it may take longer to ship your item, we will advise you if this is the case.
  • Where a tracked postal method is used, we will provide the tracking number with the shipping confirmation.
  • As a small business there may be periods when we are closed for holiday, such as between Christmas and the New Year, and for other reasons. Where possible, these extended delivery times will be indicated before submitting your order, or we may elect to temporarily suspend sales. If sales are suspended and you would like to reserve and item, please complete the Contact Us form and we will be in touch before reactivating the checkout.
  • Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the value, size and weight of your order and your delivery location.

We have no control over the actual delivery times once the parcel is posted by us, and can only rely on the guideline delivery times for the selected service. There can be extended delivery times, for example following Black Friday or in the lead up to Christmas. For the security of your order we photograph each step of the packaging and labelling process.

If you would like delivery to a location or country that is not currently enabled at checkout, then please Contact Us to see whether this is possible.

In the event a parcel is delivered damaged, you can reject the delivery and ask it is returned to sender. If you elect to accept the delivery, we recommend you photograph the packaging from all angles before opening it, and then again once opened if the contents show signs of damage.


If you wish to cancel an order then please Contact Us at the first opportunity. We will do our best to cancel the order, though this may not be possible if it has already been dispatched. In this case you will need to return the item within 14 days as per the unwanted item policy below or reject the delivery and request it is returned to sender.


If you change your mind and no longer want an item you have received, please Contact Us for a return instructions within 14 days of delivery. Any unwanted item return requests after 14 days will be at our discretion. Any unwanted items are returned at the cost of the buyer. You should use the original packaging where possible, and we recommend using a tracked or signed-for postal method. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the unwanted item, and are subject to the item being returned in the same condition it was purchased and with all accessories and free promotional items associated with the unwanted item also being returned in the same condition as shipped.

Items developing a fault.

The items we sell are pre-owned / second hand and will likely have some signs of previous ownership. We try to be as clear as possible with listings to the condition. Any faults we have identified along with significant cosmetic imperfections will be noted in the description and/or high resolution photos, and as such are excluded from 'faults developing in the first 30 days' as the listed condition formed the purchased item description. If an item develops a fault in the first 30 days of receiving it then please Contact Us. Faults that occur due to damage inflicted after the item is delivered is not considered a fault.

All items are located in and shipped from the United Kingdom. The standard UK statutory rights apply to all orders.
