A Seiko Lord Marvel 5470-1990 from 1965. The watches comes with a vintage Maruman crocodile leather strap. The movement features the 5470A movement, a quality 23 jewel 18000bph movement that was revised in later revisions to 36000bhp. The watch keeps good time. The brushed dial is in a nice condition. The crystal has a small crack on the edge near the 8 o'clock indice, though this is out of view from most angles, and a few light scratches from use over the years. The case is in a reasonable condition with good gold plate coverage; some expected signs of wear though generally in a good condition for approaching 60 years' of age. Being from the mid-60s, at 35mm excluding crown, this watch has slightly wider case than the hi-beat Lord Marvel's that followed. (Note, the Grand Seiko stand in the images is not included.)
