A stunning Seiko MarineMaster Pro 1000m saturation diving watch. Known as the 'Emperor Tuna', this is titanium cased in striking black with rose gold bezel and crown, and high Lumibrite hands and indices.
This model was a 50th Anniversary model for the first Seiko diver tuna watch, and follows the 'Golden Tuna' look used with the earlier 7549 and 7c46 models (albeit to a much higher standard of finish). It uses Seiko's very high quality 8L35 movement, derived from and very close in specification to the Grand Seiko's 9S55 movement and hand assembled in the same workshop. This is a large watch that makes a statement. At 53.5mm × 52.35mm × 17.19mm it will not suit a small wrist. The hidden lugs means it carries it's size well.
It looks absolutely stunning, and due to the hidden lugs, does carry its size well. The watch come with its original box, purchase receipt and instruction booklet. All working and running to original specifications, this watch in great condition. A great addition to any watch collection, either to wear or to store.
