A very elegant Seiko Superior Twin Quartz from the peak of the Quartz era. The slimline Cal. 9681 movement is one of the finest producted by Seiko and a showcase of what thy could do in the early 1980s. The high-end movement features 6 jewels, and is adjusted to temperature and specified to run at an incredible +/- 5 seconds PER YEAR. This watch is still running within those high accuracy specifications.
The case is 14k gold with a very fine patterned design. The case back is stainless steel case , with the original blue protective sticker with just slight marking to the sticker (indicating only light use ovr the last forty years). The crown features a cabochon stone. The gold coloured dial has a lovely textured pattern to it, and the seconds hand is capped. The original sapphire crystal is unmarked. This would suit a slimmer wrist, at 29.6mm x 36.0mm excluding crown / including lugs. The watch has a modern genuine crocodile leather that has has light use.

We take great care with packaging and shipping your order to ensure it arrives in the same condition that it leaves us.
All orders are securely packaged, with a minimum of 15x15x15cm box for a wristwatch order. Watches without a watch box mentioned in the listing will be double boxed (a smaller cardboard box inside the larger shipping box, each with padding, for protection). We aim to package and post your order within 3 working days, and select the most appropriate insured postal method for you order. There may be times where it may take longer to ship your item, we will advise you if this is the case. Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the value, size and weight of your order and your delivery location.

In the event a parcel is delivered damaged, you can reject the delivery and ask it is returned to sender. If you elect to accept the delivery, we recommend you photograph the packaging from all angles before opening it, and then again once opened if the contents show signs of damage.
